Randolph, Young & Chapman Co., Inc. was started by private investigators after working in the insurance subrogation industry for many years. Since 1992, RY&C has been providing information that has been obtained accurately and affordably without misrepresenting our clients or our selves. We conduct investigations for insurance companies and law offices to locate people and check for assets on underinsured and subrogation claims. We assist companies with their pre-employment screenings so that they can make an informed decision when hiring a potential candidate. We assist clinical research and the medical field in locating “patients lost to follow up.”

What makes RY&C different?

What sets us apart from our competitors is that we are not a database provider. As licensed Private Investigators we have access to many data sources, but our investigators are trained not to be reliant on the data that comes from these sources. Again, experience teaches us that the information MOST VALUABLE to you is best obtained by professional interviewing skills, without falsification. Our reports tell the whole story, not just re-packaged data from a computer like many of our competitors do.

Our policy, since our inception, has been to maintain physical, electronic and organizational safeguards and to not disclose any personal information (nonpublic or otherwise) about the subject involved from an assignment. We do not resell any information gathered or provided during an investigation to other entities. We do not use any information gathered or provided during an investigation to market/solicit business from your subject involved in our investigation. We adhere to all state and federal laws including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Driver’s Privacy Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, HIPAA Compliance, and the GCP (Good Clinical Practices) Guidelines.
